(This page is mostly for visitors…)

The Blough Family is best described as large and chaotic. We’re a fun, crazy, big bunch.

The story is thus:

My Grandma, Patricia O’Neil married my grandfather, Bill Anderson, and had a bunch of children. When she was pregnant with my mom, Bill died (heart attack). Soon after, she married her doctor, George Blough (who had a bunch of children himself) and then together, they had two more children. My mom had 22 siblings. There was 23 including her.

Many marriages and births later, I am one of 59 first grandchildren. At last count, I think there was 12 great-grand children.

We are a unique family stretched across the country (Hawaii to New York). We’ve even adopted new members when we had Christmas visitors from Brazil and India (Melissa – if your friends want to contribute, that woud be awesome).

Nichole, I think you have done such a wonderful job. Now that the wedding’s over I’m going to work on the Blough website and make sure your blog gets viewed. Thank you so much. ~ Melissa
