• 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 1/2 cups of chopped tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 cups of cooked rice
  • 1   4oz crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 c each chopped celery and onion
  • 1/2 c italian dressing
  • 2 T fresh chopped cilantro

Mix and refridgerate for at least 3 hours.  Bon Apetit!
