- 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 1/2 cups of chopped tomatoes
- 1 1/2 cups of cooked rice
- 1 4oz crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 c each chopped celery and onion
- 1/2 c italian dressing
- 2 T fresh chopped cilantro
Mix and refridgerate for at least 3 hours. Bon Apetit!
